Absolutely! We’ve had the one in this video in our boxing gym for 2 years. Only had to replace the ball once. Comes with a 6-month warranty 😎
This is actually a pretty good bag. Especially for its price. I would suggest adding glue to the base when installing to strengthen the base connection. The spring is a little too weak but I am assuming if you put a stronger spring the base connection would snap. I do wish the bag was denser and padded rather than air filled. Also smaller. Maybe the spring just needs to be shorter.

This is literally my first time using hand wraps. I can’t seem to get it right but I will not give up, I wanna become so advanced with wrapping and wrapping it back to how it was. It’s like second nature.
