(This is part 2 of my Agoti x Sarvente love story. It takes place a month after Agoti and Sarvente first meet each other, and during this time, they become pretty good friends. The two learn a bit more about each other with each passing day, and Sarv even learns about Agoti's manager and adoptive father, Solazar, and also the fire-bending screen demon, Aldryx, Agoti's older brother. This is also when she meets the solarisapien, and he'll challenge her to a sing-off to see what she's made of, and to see if she is worthy of being with Agoti or not.) [Part 2: "The Battle for the Ages"] A month has passed since Agoti's encounter with Sarvente, and the two became pretty close friends during this timeskip. The female nun even traveled to his concerts now and then to watch him perform on stage. Agoti had also started to develop a crush on Sarv and introduced her to some new music genres, even learning some new languages from her (Since Sarvente knows pretty much every known language due to her living for centuries). Little did Sarvente know, she would soon be put to the test to prove her worth. One day, after his concert, Agoti returned home and sat down at a table in the living room. Solazar had just finished some documents and entered the living room as well, sitting down next to his client. "Just finished those documents, hey, Sol?" Agoti asked. "Yeah," Solazar replies. "Quite a few of them. What's been happening with you recently?" Agoti explains to Sol his encounter with Sarvente and their friendship, even describing the female nun, including her interest in music. The solarisapien was intrigued by what he heard as he remarked, "I see... interesting. Can you tell her to come over here? I need to speak with this girl for a moment." Agoti nodded in agreement and pulled out his phone before calling Sarvente on FaceTime. Meanwhile, back at the church, Sarv got a FaceTime call from Agoti and answered. "Hello?" She inquired "Hey, Sarv," Agoti told Sarvente. "Can you come over for a moment? Sol wants to meet you." "Hm..." Sarvente thought for a moment. She did want to meet Solazar in person. However, she was afraid that he might not approve of her friendship with Agoti. "Alright, I'll be there in a moment." "Okay, see you in a bit," Agoti chimes in before hanging up. {5 minutes later} Sarvente arrived at Agoti and Solazar's location and noticed a black limousine parked on the side of the road. She locked eyes with Agoti, who was sitting on the car's hood before he waved at her with a smile. Sarv waved back before shifting her attention to Solazar, who commented, "So, you must be Sarvente. Agoti told me about you..." Sarvente looked up at the towering solarisapien and questions, "What did you want to meet me for, Solazar?" Solazar glanced over at Agoti and told him, "Pass me a microphone..." Agoti obliged and summoned a mic in his hand before tossing it to Sol. He caught it in the same way he grabbed it in the VS Solazar trailer. With the same hand, he used to catch the mic, Solazar points his index finger at Sarvente and announces in a firm and serious tone, "I challenge you to a sing-off to prove your worth. If you win, you get to stay with my son. If I win, you must end your bond with Agoti for a while." Sarvente realized that not only was this a test to see if she was worthy of being with Agoti, but her bond with him was also at stake. Because of this, she was gonna give Solazar everything she had. She was NOT going to hold back in any way if it meant staying with her friend. She took her mic out as Solazar warned her, "Prepare yourself, Sarvente, because I won't hold back!" "If that's the case..." Sarvente replied. "Then I won't go easy on you either!" "C'mon, Sarvie! Crush my Solarisapian dad, beat him with your voice!" Agoti cheered Sarvente on. **Godrays starts & ends** After an intense and godlike battle, Sarvente inevitably came out on top. She closed her eyes and exhaled before doing a lil swiping motion with her hand. Agoti smirked and remarked, "I gotta say, you did amazing, Sarv." Sarvente glanced over at Agoti and winked at him with a smile before turning back to Solazar, who told her, "You're better than I thought. Alright, you win." "So I can stay with Agoti, right?" Sarvente inquired, making sure Solazar remembered his promise. "One must keep one's promise, young lady..." Solazar informed Sarvente. "I see... thank you," Sarv told Solazar as she bowed before him as a form of respect. "It's no problem, Sarvente." "Anyway, I better head back to my church. It's been nice having this meet-up, Solazar." Sarvente said with a smile before shifting her gaze over to Agoti. "Wanna come with me?" She questioned the screen demon. "Sure, I'd love to," Agoti returned with a smile of his own as he got off the hood of Solazar's limousine. The screen demon looked back at Solazar, who gave a thumbs-up to Agoti. He saluted to the solarisapien before he and Sarv walked back to her church.
