One question since i am a fresher hvac engineer - for someone like me who's new in the industry lack of experience in number of years acts as a factor working against me as some people say career growth happens after experience so how to break this myth and create own cycle of success through other skills and unique combination of solutions.. in short what path is suitable for rapid pace growth in career..
Stacy how to identify & maximize on the most important high paying skill at my job/workplace to double down on my strength and work towards achieving massive career growth at faster pace.. Does any books talks about it ?
Ok Stacy Mayer, u r blinking your eyes too much! Strange problem
This is annoying
Very Nice Video
I just tuned in and subscribed to your channel and want to say thank you for bringing up this subject. I’m looking forward to more of your talks.
Very Nice
What to do when performance evaluation does not include turned adjustments and supervisor said doing this work was not a priority?
Any idea what IS a priority for them? That could be a place to start.
If i spoke meeting i did this in law school yes me one month walked out research killed my eyes. Um jelousy scrutiny every were i would be the dressed 30 yr old rich well dressed. Like church poor person dress turn ed people off. Dress appearence very essential for noterity.. um always unware of looks people always made me feel very selfconcious enless i was making someone laugh. Proving self lot of effert. Mysteries around people saying you could were a damsack people will find a way to put you down laugh. Reflect how much bully stuff i endured home work school . Killed with kindness at church. My life is bribe of money to one to another for failure. I finally arrived at much frustrations i dont care what they say anymore . Coach help me somewhat to grow furthur in this.

Or, and hear me out, it's NOT that serious. You can either do it or tell the guy to fuck off. Even men get a variation of "smile and look pretty." We all do. It's normally, "look as if you're being productive," "This meeting doesn't require your imput," etc. If "smile and look pretty." really upsets you, report it to HR. being sparky with your coworkers helps no one, you are there to do a job and leave as quickly as the clock lets you. Alternatively, you need to see why they would say something like that, because more often than not this means an inspector/ the department head is coming to check shit and your coworker wants 0 headaches. Other times some other nosey ass coworker is trying to snitch and he's warning you Tl:dr; do not to this lady's advice. instead, act like an adult and ignore it, see why he's saying that, give a curt dismissive fuck off, or contact HR. no need for all this extra BS.
Lol if you don’t shut it up 🤣🤦🏽♀️
So nice
will consider!
Nice
What.....??? I turn my camera off because I can....
I loved these thoughts about boundaries showing up as alignment between who we are / how we show up in the world / how we lead and feeling natural + creating authentic power & making decisions from that place.
I feel sorry for the fools who are locked in tot his way of working and thinking. Praying for the chance once per year to be rewarded with more work, more responsibility and for what... To make more money? As if that is the key to everlasting happiness... Sad world to live in. Be free, be you - Don't make other's rich off of your work only to be neglected and used for another year. There are only so many places at the top and chances are you'll never get one so why play their game?
Slay
Be happy -- have a family!
Best advice for your clients: Pay your workers more.
I have never got a promotion or a raise without asking for more. 80% of the time I got the extra money. I have never lost money by asking for more. I never understood why people wouldn't ask. They can say no, but you're not losing a promotion or a raise because you asked for more.
Uuuuhm but they will pay way more close attention to you and if you re just the middle of the pack HR will run their mouth. This can be an issue when they will look for people to let go. So I d be careful and ask beforehand some people I can trust about my workperformance.
I don't think people believe they will be.
Nice
Cool
Nty
Where the fuck did you get this information

Good advice
