My direction booklet says the portable charger must be above 80% to work. The direction booklet also says it should not be used as a battery charger. The car should be started withing 30 seconds of the seeing the green light indicator. There is also a 'force start' feature. 👍🏽
Might want to clean the corrosion off your battery clamps.
