I work as a fabricator/ builder at a local hot rod shop . The work on this channel is mainly for the builder trying to build a car or truck out of his house . That is where i taught myself how to do this kind of stuff. Most of the projects featured are my personal projects or close friends . Have fun try not to get hurt . Just give it a try its just work . Its fun and you get alot of satisfaction knowing you did it .

Can’t thank you enough for this video. I was losing my cool trying to pop the plastic rollers into the sash while they were inside the door. You saved the day!
Hey Geof, sure would like to see the other half of the install of these latches. I'm hoping to install these in a 41 ford pickup doors where altman/trique manufacturing latches aren't working for me. If there is such a video, please point me to it. I'll be using the outside handles. Merry Christmas!
What bumper did you use for the rear of your truck
How much clearance is there between the air cleaner and the hood?
This information was strangely hard to find - Thanks!
You can also get a set of mid ‘60’s C-10 linkages. They’re made upside down of the 3100 ones and sit right in the groove.
Nice video! Very helpful!
I’m going to try this little trick tomorrow on my 65 C10. I too spent hours trying to get the top and bottom ball joints loose and nothing.
Where can you get those arms ?
So nice and steady is the trick.
You should rename this video, its super helpful! I figured moving sashes was difficult, you showed that its not. Thank you!
Can you show how you set up the carb throttle cable
I’m trying to get this grille for my 78!!
It’s hit or miss with those bearing adapters. I had to sand them down with a emery cloth pain in the culo
The price has doubled in 4 years. I have that same exact style on my 55 and 39 Chevy cars. Getting ready to put one on my brothers 48 Chevy coupe.
Will this bolt up to a 1950 chevy car you know
I'm pretty sure that the 50 year model Chevy has the master cylinder under the floor right? Honestly I don't think it would be a bolt on.
Thanks for this useful video. I feel more comfortable installing my Flying Lady hood ornament now, having watched this video.
My truck didn't have the 5/16 fastner, i want to get the right replacement. I cant find it anywhere.
Can you do a video on the ac
Thank you for the info.
That thing that is sold on eBay is a CPP power brake bullet piston adapter.
I CAN DO THAT NOW THANKS TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS
Ive been on youtube for like 2 hours trying to find a way to put my hood down further like you showed, thank you very much
This is exactly what I needed to see! Thank you very much!!
Is it the same on electric windows
Boss is on the phone.......He says back to work! tHanks for the video
These shorter videos have me exploring your channel. tHanks a bunch for the info!
Those stand offs look like a great design. tHanks for tips and the video!
the idea of passenger key entry only was for the Driver (typically male) to open the door for the passenger (female)
Wait
Well done, thanks! One thing I learned the hard way is that pulling the vent window out can scratch up your window tint. It helps to tape it off with painters tape to protect the tint film, before you start.
Well, I bought one, and it matches up fine with the lower original mst cyl mounts. However, it appears that the mounts are a little short, so I need to figure out how to replace them with longer bolts.
I ordered everything to do this today except the rods. Thanks so much for the info Bro!
Fabulous !
I asked this question on the biggest c10 Facebook page today and no one mentioned this out of 80k members everyone said needs lube. Thanks
Looks great. Good job
Well, I just looked that part number up, and they changed the lid somewhat, but it will fit a 1969 Camaro with a 427, among other vehicles. As I have 69 Camaro disc brakes on the front of my 56 Chevy, and original drum brakes on the rear, that might be a good upgrade! Thx!!
Nice truck glad u r using the 6cyl
I need to look closer. I remember this being odd. Maybe factory changed something last minute.
What is the front bumper from 🤔 Its not easy to find a original nice grill and headlights 👍
That is exactly what I needed to know!
Thanks for making these videos explaining some basic customizing tricks. You read something that says for example, the headline buckets were mounted inside and that sort of tells what happened but you show exactly how to do it.
ya i bought a kit for a 1950 chevy fleet line from a company just like this;;; what they dont tell you is your spindle has to be sanded down and a key way cut in and shortened by 1/4 inch to work;; so beware when you buy one they is a lot more work than just put it togather;
Wish I had seen this before I started .smh
wow so informational thanks so much. I have subed!!
How does that chain loop on the tailgate come off?..I took the 2 screws out and it still solid in there
Air chisel
thanks for this
Just picked one up for about $100 used. I added a bolt-on, removable piece of angle iron to extend the bending face. I also removed the paint where it would contact the metal being bent and treated to prevent rust. Your approach to flipping the depth adjustment is great, I'm gonna do that right away! And the angle guide it great too. Thanks!
It would be nice if you could let us know what "this" part is called.🤔
is your truck a push button door handle ??????
Boy, you made that look easy!
