I would be doing Hank's character a disservice by leaving this topic as-is. The 4 intelligence is kind of a dealbreaker for me. I do not play a BoS character with lower than 6 int. 9 is recommended. The one I run actually has low agility and luck because it's a low VATS build. Combat is close to mid range. for the most part, though I rock a laser musket in case I need to do some manual sniping. Granted, this is a specific challenge run, and I salute you for it.

I admit, I totally forgot to do that! I was so excited to finally beat New Vegas for myself that it passed my mind. Well, now we know what I’m doing next time!
There needs to be a mod for drowning by pickle barrel unarmed build for this type of run 😊 plus he did use power armor, so possibly getting the enclave armor and training would be feasible.
That’d be quite the mod to use! I would have gone for power armor, and doing so would have made this run much more bearable, but I wanted to be as accurate to Hank in the show as possible.

You can beat Fallout 1 and 2 as Maximus. Just set Intelligence to 1 and Luck to 10.

You'd be allowed to wear the regular BOS soldier fatigues (he wears that as titus's squire) the army fatiges (he wears that as an initiate) or a bathrobe (wears that chillin in the vault, hoping that lucy decides to make his cock explode)
I hadn’t even thought about the possibility of wearing a bathrobe! That’d be a great little addition to this run.

Nice. I would have taken some unarmed levels because Maximus does throw hands. 😂 Also, maybe a mod that adds BOS paint for the 45?
Another outfit you probably could have worn could be the BoS Scribe outfit(the Grey one, not the Red Field Scribe outfit) as its probably the closest thing you can get to the Outfit he wore as a Squire.
The question is why would you ever want to be maximus.
