What are the key findings discussed in the study "Natural history of echocardiographic changes in atrial fibrillation: A case-controlled study of longitudinal remodeling"? Running a dream interpretation channel, I often strive to enhance the visual and auditory appeal of my videos to better engage my audience. I'm truly grateful for the informative content shared in this video and have liked and subscribed to your channel for more insightful updates.

Your video is excellent. I am not a doctor but I read a lot about heart rhythm issues and I am happy to see how you think about this. I have about 12 and 10 PAC PVC at 24 hours Holter. But sometimes, once a month, I get a short run of PVC, about 3-4 consecutive beats. I did blood tests, two echocardiograms of the heart and one echo of the carotid, and multiple x-rays and I was checked by 4 cardiologists. They all say that my heart is healthy with no detected abnormalities but I am concerned about those short bursts of 3-4 consecutive PVC that come back every 4 weeks or so. I have 51, a BMI of 37, am nondiabetic, have no alcohol, and former smoker. I also verified this multiple times but, I noticed that the vast majority of single PVC and PAC I have happens when I bend over and I am bloated. 90% of them. Especially if I am stressed at work. I try to eat right and I do not do drugs. I just want to make sure that those short PVC runs will not turn into a sustained VT episode.

I completely agree, @meganchristie4568 Having mentors is important to hold lab staff accountable to the process and provide a safe place for questions and where people will not feel "looked down upon" when they have a difficult time grasping the complex concepts in EP.

Thank you for this video. I have DSP which has caused me to develop ARVC. My daughters both tested positive for DSP as well. I have found that the fight for a diagnosis, which was extremely hard because I only presented with an abnormally high amount of PVCs and chest pain (which was written off by every dr I talked to), is not the end of the road of fighting. I have had to advocate incredibly hard for proper treatment of the condition as well. I am so thankful to be able to learn about my condition from experts in ARVC.

Talking from experience, Cath lab and EP lab staff shortages is not going to solve unless people stop being selfish People in this area are not willing to train or help others to learn because they wanted to keep their jobs and do whatever they wanted because they think that they are irreplaceable. They help who they like or their friends. If you are not part of a particular group of people, there’s no way to succeed in Cathlab and EP lab. I worked in Ep, and I was eager and willing to learn but my preceptor was not willing to show me anything, when I asked for help she told me faked it until you got it. I studied to take the RCES, but don’t see the point of having the credentials, so I stopped.
