The History of John Hall's Alaska

John Hall, Sr. has history in Alaska dating back to 1955 riding with his father in a 1947 Cadillac from Foley, Minn., to Fairbanks, Alaska. His father was in the grocery business and decided to set foot on an adventure providing a truckload of fresh eggs to the Piggly Wiggly in Fairbanks. In that moment, John Sr. fell in love with Alaska and always knew it would be part of his life.

This is the presentation that SOLD me to go for it, take this marvelous trip. I went in 2008 with my son, and it is everything John Hall Sr. presented. Absolutely stunning world of Alaska. Remote, exciting, it's the best. The ver best!

We were using fake salmon eggs and fake salmon flesh. The salmon would eat the bait out of competition with the other fish. The trout we caught in between we hungry for the fish eggs and flesh.
what kind of lure or bait you use? if you dont mind me asking
Yes. They have the lido cafe (buffet) available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight buffet. This is Holland Americna's causal dining option. If you would like a sit down breakfast, lunch and dinner this would have to be done in their main dining room which is the Rotterdam Dining Room. If you are looking at a ship layout, the lido deck is where the lido cafe is located.
Quick question, Do the Holland America cruise lines have buffets such as other cruise lines? I'm planning on going to alaska next summer on a cruise and i was just wondering.
