I had the same issue and sent it back to Amazon.

Made mine brushless and bought a $5 scx24 servo off aliexpress steering so good steers so tight

I have the very same issue on mine, which has only 2 hours

Some of them got low battery protection and only ster without gas or otherwise but the secons s unusual

Recharge battery

I managed to get mine to work with the trim. I trimmed far left, then far right, then center. Not nearly enough throw but enough to get some short videos of that I’ll post when I get a chance to edit. +1 to the power system. After half speed, steering doesn’t exist. Planning to try a 3s and then we’ll do a brushless swap

Trim

In my case it was a bad transmitter. For the brushless upgrade i had to change the radio controller anyway. With the new transmitter the original servo works fine.

Hi. I had the same problem on mine. I just took the servo apart, I took the rudder apart, I put the servo in neutral with the radio and I reassembled the rudder correctly. The problem has disappeared. It's just a problem with the command lag during assembly. Nothing serious. 🤘😎👌

I have the Same Problem - Center adjustment is useless in this case because the Servo is simply Not working correct. I will try a new servo - edit: a new servo didnt solve the problem.

Servo is bad, or the horn is bad. Cant really tell by the sound.

Just trim the damn thing, there's nothing up with it. Do you see the little L/R trim behind the steering wheel. Do you people even read the instructions. Lazy....

I wouldn't be surprised if my 1583's bucket controlling servo had the same problem (it's suck, making some noise when I try to operate the bucket). Couldn't one of the "metal Arm Driving Servo Parts For HuiNa" search results on AliExpress be used as replacement? I have a 1580 and a WL16800 for parts. I'll see if I can find a compatible servo in one of these two excavators.
