bomb isnt fully meaty, low gets thrown and you have to not hit 214k max range or else bomb won't reach, but is safe from 9f reversals and jails jumps

Bit late but the cs to dash cancel cs what’s the timing for that I’m really struggling with it
this video is incredibly outdated there are better routes now c.s dc c.s only works off starters w/ less scaling like raw 236k or f.s > 236k. otherwise its just practice its not that hard of a link. try to aim to hit them as high as possible w/ c.s
when i try combos with some attacks the attack wont go it will just use another one, so i kind of cant make most of the combos
if someone can show me how to fix it i will be greatful

no. that video was not fun to make and i don't play strive much anymore. there might be occasional clips but no big combo guide

yeah i have a laundry list of complaints with the alpha, mostly that it feels sluggish and characters are very restrictive still a lot of time for things to change

Isn't 2H>S1 the new starter? I thought the variation you are showing got a cut in damage somehow.
you'd have to be more specific from all my testing anything that uses 2h > s1 is kind of strictly worse, unless theres a route i dont know about it seems like it 1. is way less consistent with range 2. does less damage 3. doesn't let you end in bleed meterless if you omit s1 then you get to use the very high hitstun of 2s1 later in a combo, where as if you use s1 early it just knocks down the one noteable benefit i noticed was the ability to sideswap meterless/without an assist which is pretty cool

huh, i wonder if this could work if they use deflect shield low to the ground too, due to its low landing recovery
even low to the ground it seems like its a true blockstring on deflect shield. same with fd. maybe if you get it as low to the ground as humanly possible but it also might just always be a true blockstring
can you frame trap bad rats with this?

Ky was already unplayable b4 but without these four (4) active frames on DP and it being unable to RC on block he is LITERALLY unplayable!!!!!

sorry if I'm missing something but what's the shadow nerf to Ky's DP besides the damage reduction? Also what's the late hit DP stuff?
kys h dp lost 4 active frames and a lot of his optimal combos rely on hitting dp at the end of its active frames so those now don't work anymore stuff like micro dash 5h > late dp or 5k kara dp to hit late in active frames honestly i get the people that are mad because of cool stuff being gone because it added some depth to his combo game
