run in vertical mode using standard desktop management in windows, run unreal engine unlocker from a user on patreon (yes it's paid software) and use UESS to hide the replay bar. in the screen settings I move the hud elements up and down a bit. finally there's a cheat engine adress I use to change the fov to 55 and that's it. there's a tutorial on my channel as well how to recreate this.

I have a tutorial on my channel to explain it. Basically play in vertical monitor mode, edit the game‘s resolution in the settings file. Use a program called unreal engine unlocker (paid) and edit in the screen settings the hud to be higher. Last I also use usse to hide the replay input bar so it‘s clean.

I and some others made video tutorials, check out how to play Tekken 8 vertically for example. You need to set the monitor resolution to be turned vertically, run a programm called "unreal engine unlocker" and more stuff.

@@DenZH-3 it’s part of the screen settings in the regular options. For this view I change the resolution to 1080 width and 1920 height in the games settings file. Can’t tell you where it is rn but a quick google will help.

fun fact, the FOV is actually lower - it's set to 55 vs the original 65 - it's just that the 9 by 16 aspect ratio works out this way - qutie optimized for mobile viewing. I saw this first on tiktok and googled a bit how to achieve this. Thanks for liking it - got a tutorial on my channel as well if you want to try it yourself.

that's right, as you see in the video, I pick up the m9 at the start and then get the stun from the locker. I never said that the m9 is in the locker. It also depends what difficulty you play on, if I remember correctly on extreme you can't do this trick because there's no trowable item nor weapon for a magazine.

well it's a different engine, I don't think that tool is compatible with it.
