Hello all, my name is Stas Matias and I am a real estate broker here with Erin Catron & Company in beautiful Southwest Florida.
This channel is designed to give you a better visual on some of the properties that are available for purchase here in SWFL. Many of my clients are out of state and have been on edge due to the properties not lasting long on the market and do not trust just photos alone of properties.
So I decided to assist them by putting together videos of various properties of interest, videos of some of our new construction job sites, as well as our companies listings to help my clients make a better decision on their next purchase.

This is advertised as a 4/2 although there isn't a tub in the master. So a tub isn't needed to be considered a full bath? Thank you for the tour.
Thanks for reaching out. That's a great question. In order for it to be considered a full bath it must have a sink, toilet and one of the following,... A tub and separate shower, a shower, or a tub/shower combo. If the bath only has a sink and toilet it is considered a half bath or powder room. A full bath must have a way for a person to bathe/shower. I hope that answered your question.
solar city. why no solar panels on the house?
The solar panels are in the solar field. This community is ran on 343,000 solar panels that sit on 440 acres. Only commercial buildings on the property (clubhouse, restaurants, ect) have panels on them.
@@StasTheVideoAgent if this is a "solar city" every rooftop should have solar panels. Let me, as a homeowner, have $0 electric bills. My guess is the big array is for Kitson to sell PV electricity to the utility and then sell it at a higher price to Babcock homeowners.... deceitful
