Once again, this animation was found on an old flash drive of mine and dates back to approximately February of 2017. RPCS3 totally transforms this game. I've put hundreds of hours in via emulator.
@@geeknproud321 Oh yeah definitely! I only have about 50 hours in so far because I’m fairly new to emulators. It’s tons of fun!
This got me dying😂
might look into playing this, this game has an ace combat-y feel to it too
@@noiiret2654 It’s a great game that’s painfully underrated by Gundam fans. I recommend playing on an emulator, on a normal PS3 you’ll get like 10FPS
@@DerKopfkissenmann i have a 2080 super and a pretty good cpu too so it's likely i can play on high 50's-60's on emulator
@@noiiret2654 Your PC sounds powerful enough, you should give it a try!
Gm striker is one of best I was one that said to use it If you like aggressive fighter
That’s right! I ought to give it a whirl sometime! I’m gonna let it cook on the back burner and let it upgrade some more
@@DerKopfkissenmann wacth out for the problem I always had getting my weapon shot off when Dodging attacks I didn’t know they can snip your hand
@@deadronin47I’ll keep that in mind!
The japan only game Battlefield record 0081 - Is basically the successor to this game they took most of it from this and improved upon it, more ms, most weapons arent locked to certain units, like you can use the ground gundam beamrifle on a standard GM. as long as you are able to navigate the menus its a great game!
I’m not a big fan of the gameplay, thank you for the suggestion though. I love Gundam Crossfire because of how realistic and militaristic the mobile suits are and you can actually lose limbs
@@DerKopfkissenmann Thats fair ^-^ it is one of the better real feeling games right next to Zeonic Front on the ps2!
@@TheMinionVT Oh definitely! I love Zeonic Front
Huh. Goufs with normal Zaku Weapons, that is something you do not see everyday.
Even the Gouf Custom gets a normal Zaku machine gun

@@SGUDevs Dude the Doms are heavy hitters! They’re fast, hard to hit, and can kill you in a single blow if you don’t have a Gundam

@@Giadea If you have a pretty decent PC I highly recommend you install the RPCS3 emulator. This game works perfectly on it. I used to have to wait for years to play this game because I never had access to a PS3 when my brother moved away. That was still the case until I found out about this emulator
@@DerKopfkissenmann I downloaded it recently, but the definition of decent computer is.... up to debate.
@@Giadea Has it been working well for you?
@@DerKopfkissenmann Still working on getting it running. Having a few issues.
@@Giadea What kind of PC do you have, and does it have a graphics card?
I so wanted to play this game but I couldn't afford a ps3 as a teen. We just stuck with a game cube
Dang man, I feel for you. If you have a decent PC, you can get the RPCS3 emulator
@@DerKopfkissenmann when the first ps3 came out it cost about 600 at gamestop
@@SGUDevs I was a small kid at the time, but my dad made a great effort to buy the PS3 on day one
This looks like the beta of Gundam battle ops
Believe it or not, but this game is actually a spiritual successor to many Gundam games on the PS2. Most Gundam games used to be tactical shooters, but now they’re all comical arcade style games
This game looks completely different with high FPS. I'm currently doing a playthrough on my channel on a PS3.
@@MoonWolf503 Oh yeah the high FPS is a game changer for sure. It’s much better than playing PS3
This was my first game on ps3, just listening to this bmg makes me happy
@@klqeast Me and you both bud! I’ve basically been playing it since day one, hard to believe it’s almost been 18 years since it came out
Love this game, hope this comes back to ps5
@@klqeast I do too. If you look at the trend of Gundam games from PS2 all the way until Crossfire, they were very similar. Zeonic Front, Federation VS Zeon, and Journey to Jaburo had a lot of similar aspects to Crossfire in terms of gameplay and seeming “tactically realistic” Unfortunately because Crossfire was horribly received, the militaristic and tactical gameplay style died. Every Gundam game after Crossfire became cartoonish and strayed away from the militaristic/tactical aspect
What was your performance like while emulating this?
It’s actually pretty good, but I was surprised at how demanding this game is for my GPU. I usually get around 45-60FPS consistently. It is certainly much better than the days of playing this on PS3. Personally I do not like the quality of this video, as I was using a different program to record. If you watch my 3rd video, the quality improves and more accurately shows how it really handles on my computer. I hope this answered your question!
