First road trip with Rex (it's really a fun car, loving it!). It was the long weekend of the president's day. Hit the road on Friday late afternoon and back on Saturday. Did a round trip to the Humboldt Redwood State Park in almost a day. Traveled the whole CA-1 above SF. The north cal has such a distant vibe that really gave me a release from my trivial thoughts. A fusion of some time lapse materials, recorded on a two-day trip to NYC. Upload to mark my first practice. I used Canon 60D, Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6, Canon 85mm F1.8. BTW, the video is in 4K. However, the part shot by the Sigma (on ESB deck) looks even worse in 4K especially at night... We may not see the next episode until I buy a new camera and a new computer LOL. I am super upset by the qualit...
Have skied closing day at Alpine Meadows, Mammoth, June Mt., Heavenly, and Sierra at Tahoe at various times over the years. More often than not there's still plenty of snow, they just run out of "paying" customers. The later it gets in the season, customers are almost exclusively pass holders. But they don't generate any additional income, so being known for late season skiing has becone a losing proposition, and the field of resorts where you can ski after about April 15 gets smaller every year. Several years ago, my home resort actually opened for 3 additional weekends after their announced April closing date because conditions were still quite good. That would NEVER happen now. Whenever possible, Alpine/Squaw would stay open until Memorial Day, but now making it to Cinco de Mayo is supposed to be a big deal.
Yes, it is quite sad that the commercialization of these resorts, which were supposed to generate more profits for the mountain thus improve the ski/snowboard experience, actually leads to some sorts of regressions in certain areas, for example, they don’t really like to open longer if no one is paying more… But I guess to me I feel more about appreciating each moment rather than the total amount. Despite it being long or short, I always feel blessed for every minutes I can be on the mountain 😊

Where can I get the two way mode tick button?
It's based on a 2021 version of Netedit so I'm not sure if it's still available in the latest release... If so, it should be under "network" tab -> "create edge" button -> then the "two-way" checkbox.

its to fast.. difficult to follow
i have repet every step with care..but at the end sumo config file stops at 0.00 and said all vehicle have left the simulation..kindly guide me how to rectify this issue..any one here is more than welcome to help and comment
I suppose that means the simulation has finished. If your have set up the output path as in 14:20, you should be able to see the results after the note.
I found out the problem, you skipped a step he did, you need to open Sumo GUI in the Netedit, then after opening the SumoGui you need to save it as config, then it should run smoothly. Encountered the problem until I realized I missed this step.

In fact the codes are mostly automatically generated by the Netedit when you save the .XML files in this part 9:35
Can someone tell me how do I add variable speed signs to the simulation?
As far as I know, this will requires some coding interface through Traci ( sumo.dlr.de/docs/TraCI/Interfacing_TraCI_from_Python.html). Their GUI might not have supported this feature yet.
