Why was Rama sent to exile? What is the reason? Kausalya and Lakshmana were anxious to know the exact reason. Though they made many accusations/allegations, the exact reason could not be identified. Lakshmana didn’t agree that father’s order shall invariably be carried out.
Rama justifies the decision. Certain things happen for reasons beyond our control. That is providence, fate, God’s decision. Rama explains. Will it pacify us?
