I had the pleasure of singing this with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra when I was a junior in high school. This is one of my favorite moments of my childhood, if I'm honest. It was one of my crowning achievements and I'm thankful I got the opportunity. Hell I was singing along as I was listening and it just took me back. We stood for 2-3 hours straight and KILLED it. High schoolers. Singing one of the most intense pieces ever written. It was a sight to behold.

انا : انه المجهول يا صديقي فلنستمتع هنا ايا كانت المخاطر التي تنتظرنا و الحزن الحتمي الذي سنتعرض له فنحن نستطيع خلق بعض السعادة في ذلك المكان و ايجاد الجمال في قاع البؤس و مهما كان الوضع مزري فهو معلوم قوانينه و طرق التعامل مع الحزن و ايجاد السعادة عن ذلك المجهول الذي لا نعلم عنه شئ و قد يكون اسوء مما نحن فيه لا يوجد اجابات لتلك الاسئلة و للاسف لن يكون و هذا اكثر شئ يحزنني، هناك مبررات كثيرة للانتحار و انهاء هذه المعاناه اكثر من مبررات البقاء فيها و هذا سئ ايضا، نحن في معارك كثيره لا نعلم متى ستنتهي او هل ستنتهي اصلا و كيف ستنتهي، و لكن ما انا متاكد منه هو مقدرتك على خلق معاني صغيرة توصلك للسعاده، و ايجاد الجمال في اكثر الاشياء قبحا. انا ايضا: انا اعتذر لك عما تشعر به و لكن الكثير من المشاعر لم يعد لها وجود بداخلي لا استطيع التعاطف، لا تتوقع ان اخدعك بالامل او اعطيك حلول فلا يوجد اي حل، ان قررت الانتحار و هذا ما لم اقدر عليه انا فاتمنى ان تكون واثق من هذا القرار لانه لا رجعة فيه، اما ان قررت العيش فنصيحتي لك ان تدفن نسخك الماضيه مع مشاعرك و فقط عش، تعامل مع البشر و الحياة بقوانينها كانهم مجرد اشياء مادية لست بحاجة اليها فقط تجنبها لا تختلط معها فقط تعامل معها باكثر الطرق التي تخلصك تبعدك عنها، لا تزعج نفسك بالاعتراض و لا تعتمد عليها و لا تجعل نفسك في حاجة لها انت لنفسك فقط لا يهم اي شئ اخر، جرد كل شئ من معناه و تعامل مع كل شئ على انه غير قابل للتغيير فقط تعامل معه.
