When was this
Think it was in November sometime
It went there every sat on November so I might of raced
I bin there
This was my 2nd time in going there ,after a quite a few years of not going

I took this from Portsmouth side not gosport this time
@ Definitely brilliant footage of her. The last time I was in Portsmouth, I watched a frigate depart. It had a gas turbine engine and sounded like a jet taking off. I see the Queen Elizabeth was being towed into port. I wonder what the reason was for that. 👍

The prince of wales was the ship that broke down ,don't think it was this one
It was HMS Prince Of Wales which had problems which were solved ages ago. POW returned from major Nato exercises on the 30th of October

Its big
the technology of building these technology driven vessels is challenging beyond most people’s perceptions. Here in the US, the Navy contracted and built a few “hi-tech “ ships called the Littoral Class. Fast and light… it was supposed to change everything. The end result is to this day a multi billion dollar fiasco. The hulls split, a gear box driving the propeller shaft breaks and strands the vessel’s. The Navy voided a Hugh production contract and don’t know what to do with the ships. That’s the way this stuff works. The incredible naval engineers of Great Britain will get it sorted out.
Is it still leaking, what an embarrassment to our British workforce one big joke all around the world
