27:00 - the primary boon of a firelance, is the fact that you can be lucky and find it very cheap in a southern market, and it's a tier 2 spear with extra armor damage, though without spearwall. which is not very much of a boon, but a +20% accuracy melee weapon usable by trash bros vs. armored enemies is alright in a pinch

If you want to cheese, then if you enable ironman you can save & quit immediately after winning an arena fight (do not open the town screen) to do another arena fight. Naturally this is not super consistent cheese, as you'll inevitably roll "here's 4 raiders and a swordmaster, have fun" against your mighty roster of three level 6 dudes, but it does speed things up.

It does not work , they always find my hidden guys from turn one. i even tried with 2 , 1 tank and 1 DPS , it seems that if you hide you get more aggro from tentacles

Thats crazy how you have one dude holding off two lindwurms- I surround the wurms with like all 12 of my dudes and they get decimated with like mid-game gear. I might just be unlucky when it comes to battle brothers lmao

I don't understand this game to the point that no matter what tutorial video I watch I still get completely lost because the game is excruciatingly difficult even when I give myself a starting advantage. By the mid game I'm getting steam rolled by every encounter and my only reliable way to stay alive is gladiator fights.

May be things changed because every fight I did Hexens very fast stop trying charm high resolve / immune brothers and go for others.

Also you can taunt your DD by your tank if dd charmed.

only here to point out that this video is completely pointless.

We need this guide: build for specific backgrounds. like thief is for tank, hunter for top archer, etc.

Thank you so much! As someone who loves Battle Bros but struggles with the difficulty, I hate how many guides say "just keep rerolling until you get the easiest start". I'm pretty sure that's not how the game is meant to be played.
