Hey bro not sure if ur still around brissy but we found a much easier route to get into this place we lower ourselves down with a rope from another entrance through the roof its an awesome setup you should come with us sometime bro theres still an opening onto the roof where you can climb up the ladder and stand on the very top as well

Have often been curious what's inside. It seems to be in very good condition. They used to make old buildings in that ring shape to let the natural light in before they had good electric lights

Id say this is the best place to start urbex because the entrance is accessible, you cant get lost, and when entering/exiting no1 stops you

Haha this was great! I used to study screen printing as a teenager in that very building in the late 90s. I knew it looked super familiar as he approached the building and explored downstairs but at around the 9:20 mark when he enters that large upstairs room was when I knew it was my old TAFE, I used to study/work in that room every day printing up tshirts, real estate signs and other stuff. Crazy to see it trashed like that. Upstairs was Screen Printing, Pre-press A & B (outdated terms for publishing basically) and downstairs was Sign Writing, Print Machining and Book Binding. The rooftop area at around 16:45 is where people used to sneak off to smoke ciggies etc. Definitely a spin out to see it like that. Good memories though!

I love exploring, but please people if your gunna do this be aware, these drains can fill in an almost instant to the top with heavy rain or water releases, Especially the ones that are super clean, it means that the current is so much through there that it actually pressure blasts the walls clear of stuff. So youd have no hope of surviving.
