Climbing Scout’s Watch in Zion National Park
We woke up in an AirBnB bordering Zion National Park a little bit before sun rise, loaded up on Smucker's Uncrustables and hiked the Scout's Lookout trail. This hike gets you right to the entrance of the famous Angel's Landing rock seen in this video. Unfortunately we needed permits to hike Angel's Landing which we were unable to get.
In Las Vegas we visited family but we also got to see "Postcard From Earth" movie, play the machines, walk around the strip and had a massive German sausage tower at the exact replica of the Hofbrauhaus brewery that's located in Germany, among other things.
In the Red Rock Canyon, we completed the Calico Tanks Trail, and the Calico Hills.

Great video of your experience in off season Portugal. We were there in late April/early May of 2024 and the weather was not much different than your experience, warm in Lisbon, cool and rainy in Porto, cloudy in Sintra. That being said we loved it and are considering a return for a 65th birthday in Feb, 2025. Your sharing of this pretty much sealed the deal so thank you. Take care and safe travels.

The name of this kiosk is “Páteo das Laranjas” and is located in the heart of Sintra. It is about 10-20 minutes walk from Sintra train station. I hope this helps !

Fernando II , Ferdinand August Franz Anton von Sachsen-Coburg-Koháry , Príncipe do Reino da Saxónia era um Rei Austriaco de Portugal que construiu o Palácio da pena com o ouro roubado do Brasil. No video a guia turística em Lisboa diz que a região que mais vinho produz em Portugal é o a do Douro quando na realidae e obviamente é o Alentejo com clima Mediterrânico mais propício ao cultivo da vinha.

A really good video! A pity that Sintra was that foggy. On one hand it gives it that mistery vibe but on the other, you missed the view and the vibrant colours of the palace and of the landscape. With good wether, I enjoy a going to the castle right next to the palace! Stay safe and an excellent 2024 to you all ! ❤️
