Steve is one of the very few singers who sounds the same in concert as he does in the studio.

I was there at the Budokan live and I still remember. Last song 'Anyway you want it' was superb, last scream was in the all lights on in the arena, cause of fire service law in Japan at that time

journey had made a great concert in Japan, why they did not have here in the Philippines, we deserved great music too

I can't believe someone threw a bottle at the band, what were they thinking it. I think the band handled it the right way, you want to throw a bottle, come up on stage and do it.

My very 1st concert was the Frontier tour in Detroit…remember it like it was yesterday…pure talent…those boys had the magic…man the energy…Steve Perry will always be number 1 to me, can’t be matched! ✌🏼

I was so lucky to be in Jr High from 1977-1980 and High School from 1980-1984. Journey Frontiers Tour concert was my first ever big concert at the Forum in CA Aug 7, 1983. They sold out 5 nights at The Forum, a then record. It was the greatest non-girl involved night I had ever had. The most amazing concert ever. Props to Arnel who sings his heart out every concert and who keeps the Legacy sound of Journey going but there was nobody who could and can match Mr Perry.
