@TinneStitchingBAPs I understand, my first dye attempt was in a jar. It was a while until I started trying different methods and a lot of the fabrics I do still end up being with one or two colors. My sister is much more adventurous than me 😂

I got Persephone from Threadgeeks, they sell multiple patterns with artwork by Chrissabug. I have quite a few on my wishlist. 😂 There are so many beautiful patterns coming out and only so much stitchy time. 😅 I don't usually have the urge to start all the things but it seems that with the holidays coming up and everyone is sharing their plans for 2025 I can't help but keep adding to my list. Good luck with your no buy, it might not be a bad idea for me either once I've started all of these things on my list so I can focus on my WIPs. Thank you for visiting with me and happy stitching! 😊

@officialmermaidscove1376 At the moment I still don't feel the urge to start something new. I think it has something to do with having close to a 100 WIPs and wanting to WIP down 😱🤭 Next year will be the same for me I think with maybe a couple of purchases because there are some charts I feel a big fat FOMO coming up 🤭🫣 ThreadGeeks has some gorgeous patterns. @therunnerstitcher Well yarn definitely seems a bit more manageable than thread crochet and the patten I'm working is fairly simple. You should try it out! This is the perfect season to try out making a scarf. The Bag-O-Day crochet channel has a lot of videos on different stitches. I also have a book my mom gave me with different stitch types depending on what texture you want, I'll have to show it next time if I can find where I left it. @CarlaStitchesNstuff Yeah, getting a rotary cutter was a game changer, I had never tried using one before for my sewing projects. Now I just have to work on sewing straight 😂 The good thing about Autumn Lane is that they always release their exclusive patterns later on, so I'm sure the mermaid box patterns will eventually be available for purchase. I've tried my hand at knitting as well in the past but I always come back to crochet. The one needle seems to work better for me 😂
