Hello 👋 I would like to see what creative design you can come up with of a house with the following features.. - 2 Two story 6 bedroom - Family Cinema in the basement - Game room in the basement - Gym in the basement - Two living rooms one on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor - Outdoor kitchen and swimming pool - Stand alone car park - balcony's for each bedroom - plus adding on your own ideas. Can you design such a house?

I would make a minor change but I think can have a huge impact. At 4:32 you can see the rooms’ space allotment. To me the dining is too cramped. There is the front living room on left and the family room smack in the middle of the whole space - which btw I kind of like BUT I would suggest moving the vertical divider to the left to expand the dining/kitchen area. Yes it would take space from the living room but it has a patio door so it still feels roomy. I think it might mean moving the entrance a little to the left too but I think it’s fine. For me at least. Overall very nice design. Edit: from a diff angle now I can see that the front living does NOT have a patio but possibly all glass walls. Which is fine, will still suggest making room for the dining and taking from the front LR a bit. I also noticed the size mirror panels on each side of the main door. I say lose one panel in the process. Or even both. I would also suggest a skylight in the kitchen/dining area with retractable shade gives room while controlling the light as it gets very hot in the Phils but sine there’s not a window out from the dining, I’d highly recommend this if at all possible.

Looks good but once again where is all the storage for linen and pantry etc

Only thing I would change is make that space with the washing machine into a closet with it inside.

This one is the best beach house architectural design i’ve seen so far.. Great job.
