@zukogwala8837 as long as you have all the DLCS you just need to download promods files from the website, I would also recommend promods high definition map background on steam workshop, and the map zoom crash fix also in the workshop

@AdamRychtera-u2i Are you asking what the promods background mod and zoom crash fix are? If so, the background mod helps the cities in promods fit in the country borders on the map because sometimes the roads will look like they are in the ocean. And the zoom crash fix used to help so that you could use the map like regular and not have the game crash, but that isn't needed anymore, the bug has been fixed by promods.

@@duds9101 yes, i tried to figure out a way to get that map in place because roads were in the water, that's useful then, but i think i noticed one city at least to be still out in the water, so not 100 % accurate apparently. Nynashamn seems to be disobedient.

No, I never have, you can download for free but can only do 2 files every 5 minutes which is about how long it takes to install them anyway, and there is like 8 or 9 files. You can also pay $1 and download as fast as you want but I haven't done it, and I think the free download is just as good. Thanks For Watching!

If so, make sure you aren't using any other map mods at the same time as promods, just to check if that's the problem, you could also try increasing the priority of promods in your mod manager, or redownloading promods. I do not currently have a server, though I may in the future, for now I can say, once you go to promods and download the files there should be a video on the website with instructions on how to activate the mods, Here is a basic summary: 1: Right click the first promod file in your downloads, and click extract here 2: Copy all the downloads that now have .scs at the end 3: got to Documents<EuroTruckSimulator<Mods and then paste all those files in there 4: Launch the game and go to mod manager, where you should enable all the promods files. That shoudl be it, if you need visuls there are many yotube videos if you search "How to download Promods" I hope this helps! Thanks For Watching!

I haven't found anything much on their website, just some in development sign, but nothing specific, so pretty hard to tell from that. i was curious what the whole map looks like, so thx for ur vid anyway. I hope everything will work out. Also, i got a chance to see the old ui and compare with the new one. It looked much better I see

One more thing, some of the newly added (not only them) cities by promods, they appear to be located in the water which makes me think if there is any solution or fix to make it look a little bit more realistic because the old map looked slightly better. With the promods update it all is somehow moved away. It goes over the border straight into the sea almost as if the map underneath couldn't just fit. What is it?

@AdamRychtera I'm not too sure how to fix that, there are some mods like high definition promods background that might change the map to properly fit the cities.

I haven't experienced that before. Firstly, you must be on 1.49 to still use promods. If you are on 1.49 and it's not working, try disabling other map mods 1 by 1 or redownloading promods. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

You can only drive them on quick jobs right now so you don't run out of battery but I think they will add charging stations in the next update

If you do run out oof battery on a quick job you just have to emergency recharge on the f7 page

Personally I think they are both good, just have to get used to it

Both the zoom fix and the high definition background which are both needed in order to work, are found in the steam workshop under the names that are seen in the video when I am in the mod manager. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

I'm not sure if the zoom crash fix is compatible with other map mods with promods, so I would try to disable rusmap and see if that resolves the issue, if it does there's your answer and unfortunately you would either have to sacrifice rusmap or map zoom depending on which is more important to you.

For ets2 1.43 you need to download v2.60 promods which you can find if you scroll down a little bit on the promods compatability page, 2.60 is free to downlad and requires all map DLC except for balkans. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

@emergencyVideosTirana24 yes, you just have to make an account on promods website and then download the files, after that in your files on your pc extract the first file and it will auto extract all the promods files, then the files with .scs at the end you copy and paste into the ets2 mod folder in your documents folder, then just turn them on in mod manager on ets2. if you need visuals of how to do that there are lots of videos if you search how to install promods

@emergencyVideosTirana24 you can ask as many questions as you want, I don't mind. Promods has about 8 or 9 files and I think you have to wait 5 minutes between files, so it can take a while, but I definitely think it is worth it, and whenever there is a promods update you have to download them all again, unless you are aren't updating ets2, then you should only need to download it once until you decide to update ets2

It works for me on 1.49. If it isn't working, make sure it has a higher priority than promods in mod manager, and make sure to disable other map mods other than promods. Thanks for watching!

This was for ETS2 version 1.48 , the current version for 1.49 is promods 2.68

You can quick travel to one of the cities (Uralsk I think) without having it already discovered, and from there get jobs, or you can start an new profile in one of the Great Steppe cities. 👍

currently all map DLCs are required except for west balkans, it is optional but if you have it it will not show up in game and instead promods west balkans is shown. I believe west balkans will be required in the next promods version

Thanks for the sub, I'm not sure how to add timestamps, but I will look into it when I get a chance, most likely tomorrow.

I think it is currently optional, if you do have balkan, promods will not show the DLC in game, but it will work, and if you dont it is fine too, it most likely will be mandatory in the future, possibly in the next update

Make sure you have all map mods other than promods disabled, and if it still isn't working, try removing all of you mods one by one until you find which one is causing the issue. Good Luck!
