F897 BKK was new to Maidstone & District in 1988, after which it passed to Arriva. Upon ending service in the UK, it was open topped and sold to Island Sightseeing in Malta, operating under the CitySightseeing franchise, and re-registered COY022. This video of COY022 was taken in the peak season in 2019, since which the bus has passed onto another tour bus operator in Malta for charter.

The Neoplan Centroliners were produced as double decker city buses only for PostAuto in Switzerland and for Hong Kong. Other double decker examples in Europe were tour vehicles. One of these unique beasts with MAN engine was captured in St Gallen in its final days before replacement by ADL E500MMCs.

A963THW was new to Bristol Omnibus in 1984, equipped with Roe bodywork, a Gardner engine and Leyland's one hydracyclic gearbox. After conversion to open-top, it was sold to The Original Red Bus of Cyprus, where it is used weekly on a tour from eastern Cyprus to the old town Famagusta in North Cyprus. The “ventilation air vents” style above the windows shows the bus is ex-KMB 11m version. CMB's Dennis Connor adopted a different air vent style. The colour in the interior should be the result of re-paint by new owner. Seems that the new owner repaint the interior the blue colour that resemble a "CMB feeling"
