Got mine today and I love it.... Be careful on Zero Speed Start... It can lift the front Wheel... Always charge it at 70 percent, unless you do a BIG RIDE for longer Battery Life.

Does it still have the problem with your phone connecting to the car and the speaker and the car. Because when you have all 3 things connected like the app with your phone and the car. The speaker doesn’t hook up and play the motor sound. So it gives you a error message and the Bluetooth doesn’t connect to the car.

I live in quite a hilly area. No ones really reviewed what it's like up and down hills. Anyone have any info on this? Thanks

if you see error 40 on display .....that means your journey is finished.In cold days here is another problem out of charge so quickly in long term it's not good i loved this scooter but it bite me in the azz so bad Segway !! i will find you and i will :)) 😂 Nice scooter if you have an official service nearby with real experts!!in my country you can only buy this scooter from " wallmart" type places and unfortunately there are no service or actual guarantee error 40 is controller overheat and no local service fix it yet im still waiting it's been a month

Help. I can’t get the steering wheel to go up or down to put the screw thingy on to stabilize the wheel. It won’t move up and down like in the videos.

It sucos that it’s a max height of 6’2….. that’s nothing man…… I’ve always wanted to get one for me and my boys when they get a little older…. I still think I’d fit it tho… 6’4 isn’t that much taller so I’d probably do it.. I prob just need to stick with 4 wheelers though. lol

Last year I bought a Ninebot Pro for myself after much research. I am 68. It is a blast and I feel like a 12 year old every time I ride. Best $2000 I spent in a long time. Yesterday, I received my 2nd one on sale for $1500. It will be a Christmas gift for my son and my 2 grandkids, 4 and 6. I also bought the Ninebot trailer for the younger one so he too can ride in style with Dad driving. I used mine off road and had to remove all the rubber bumpers. I didn't fit well so I took off the seat bolsters and fit perfectly. I then cut off the side plastic and the framing holding it all on. the battery is not good enough for the max speed, it only lasts for like 30 minutes when you maxed it out. But despite of this, it's just perfect. I got 2 in the last months for me and my son, it was the best spent ever
