Yep. Eating more balanced and healthy food throughout the day does work. I lost 20 lbs without trying 😂😂😂
I found liquids in general help with constipation. Track how much you drink in a day- including soups!- if you have constipation, because you're probably not getting enough. It WILL be hard to get your water intake up enough, so if you can't drink water plain, get something to flavor it. I prefer lemonade. Also, pick a consumption goal that is probably higher than what you actually need! This way, you can move the goal to where your needs lie if you hit your ideal under where your end goal actually is!
Coffee is a diuretic. So no, TMI! You have to pay attention to your body. ❤

yes but caffeine doesn't always work for everyone so for anyone trying these tips make sure to see if it suits u or not because i lost 8 pounds in like a month ,after i quit coffee and i didn't even change anything else in my usual routine

Btw you don't need coffee (if it suits you then go for it), but I prefer water since it's helps me shit more while also getting other health benefits
Honestly, I've been thinking about this and its struggles because I've seen tons of people vlogging their freshman move in and they all have someone to help them 😭 But here I am, not even my family knows I'm going to a University as an international student 😭 (Planned alone, tried to save money alone but failed lol and somehow in the future will travel alone 💀)

I’m glad you told us how to lose weight in a healthy and realistic way. A bunch of influencers just promote romanticized EDs and I’m so grateful that’s you’re breaking the stigma that you don’t need to suffer to lose weight! As someone who has definitely struggled with losing weight and a continue ED, this is so helpful and positive. Keep going :)

Yes snacks are the menace in my Uni days after grad I went back home and started losing weight without exercise mind you! It’s not true that u should just exercise to lose weight nah dawg been there done that it’s definitely how u eat. Exercise is to keep your body healthy whilst diet helps u lose weight. At first I struggled honestly cause for 7yrs in Uni (i studied Senior highschool in Uni) my aunt fed me so much that it’s torture and I couldn’t say no cuz she’d got angry at me lol toxic. So naturally my appetite expanded from light to heavy meals plus snacks on the side add some extra Uni stress then you got an obese me hahahaha. I tried drinking pills to suppress my appetite and it did work for awhile cause i did lose weight but once I removed that i gained twice pounds. So i made a goal after college that I would eat 2x mainly brunch and dinner I ate at 9am then eat 3-5pm for dinner and I don’t starve myself by only eating a little hehe no I ate a lot but still managed to lose weight despite of just lying in bed all day (do chores too). Also in my hometown my granny doesn’t like beef and chicken we only eat fish and that’s our main protein. We always have vegetable dishes and we drink a cereal drink in the morning to make us full easily. So yeah it is possible to lose weight without exercise.
My uncle said once if you crave anything eat it that what's your body need nd your mind is telling you to have

Y'all please don't go to using coffee/caffeine first as a diuretic, if you get enough fiber in your diet as well as keeping water intake up to get things moving, you should be fine. Most people can't poop because they are dehydrated af and don't eat enough fruits/ veggies with every meal 🤷🏽♀️
