Other locations were at 10 or less so a big variation. We always recommend having a well tested during the inspection timeframe of the purchase contract.

Yes! I like it because everything is well kept, has a club house, it's gated and you're close to a grocery store, which is literally a 2 minute drive away, parks, hiking, hospital and downtown Prescott is 7 minutes away.

Sometimes a Seller may give concessions or take a lower price on a home that needs some work.
