Don't buy from SS Group any of the property from Coralwood, Almeria and Leaf projects (in vicinity of Dwarka Expressway) running right now. Residents will tell you reality of this bully builder who shows his true colours of being a bullish politician once you hand over your money. He has done it in past (timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/gurgaon/hibiscus-rwa-alleges-assault-by-upkeep-staff-four-booked/articleshow/66046444.cms) and quite shamelessly doing it over and over again. He will make you pay undue charges by cutting down your electricity. When complaints rose, an innovative way was fashioned instead of solving complaints. He is now going to install pre-paid electricity meter where electricity and maintainance money must be paid in advance! Sewage treatment and water treatment plant are non functional all the while he charges 6250 INR per month as maintenance charge. He also takes fixed charge for electricity bills for no reason. Also there is a demand of 50,000 INR for giving documents for making registry of your flat, for which no receipts will be given. Construction quality is extremely poor and you are left in lurch the moment you hand over the money. The flats are overpriced anyway!

Don't loose your precious money on this Bully builder who will treat you as shit when solving complaints and believe me you will have many. They run the maintenance company like goons imposing any charge as they like for shitty services. In fact they have done the same with other project of theirs too ( timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/gurgaon/hibiscus-rwa-alleges-assault-by-upkeep-staff-four-booked/articleshow/66046444.cms ).He cuts down electricity to force resident to pay undue and irresponsible charges while making them drink smelly sewage quality water while charging as high as 6250 INR per month as maintenance charge even during cororna pandemic, while not paying all of their subcontractors. Sewage treatment plant and water treatment plants do not work most of the time. Most probably electrical power lines an equipment is inferior quality so voltage stabilizes well after 10 minutes and this damages compressors of your ACs and refrigerators. When you complain, they choose to simply ignore. They charge 50,000 INR for registry papers without giving receipt for the same. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Flats are overprices anyway! Presently residents have locked horns by holding maintenance money to force builder to complete facilities so what’s builder solution: install electronics meters which have prepaid system for both maintenance money and electricity bill so that he does not even cut residents electricity to force payment technically which they did in recent past. You can judge for yourself what type of people you will be dealing with! My strong suggestions is talk to at least 3 residents and take final decision.
