    Have you watched the Disney Pixar film Soul? 🤔 It’s genuinely one of the best animated films I’ve ever seen. The message about purpose, presence, and fully experiencing life is something both children and adults will really benefit from 👀 For business leaders, it’s a powerful reminder: Are you running on autopilot, constantly chasing the end of a rainbow you’ll never actually catch? Or are you fully experiencing life, staying in the present moment-because that’s the only time you can ever actually be in?     To be a great fighter, you have to ignore how you think and feel (something I never quite mastered-good thing this bag doesn’t punch back 👀🤣). To grow a great business, you also have to ignore how you think and feel (something I’m constantly working on because running a mission-led business is worth it-but you’ll know just how tough that is). How you think and feel was designed to keep you safe-not to help you push boundaries, excel, or, most importantly, be happy. Nothing great was ever achieved by staying trapped behind your own thoughts and feelings.

    Heres the real answer happiness is temporary just like sadness accepting you not gonna be able to sustain happiness without sadnesa. Both go hand in hand you cant have one without other. Accept this and do what you can to make the happiness more frequent than sadneaa but realize no matter what you do the sadness will always be your shadow

    It comed from dopamine. And dopamine naturally was the hunters hormone. It rewarded you when you achieved something when you took risk. Like hunting your food back in the Stoneages. So keep on hunting for your dreams and let yourself get rewarded for every small win on the way to your goal and you will achieve true happiness.

    Why chasing abs is the wrong way to approach your fitness and health goals? (Throw back to summer 2020 when I was getting back ready to compete in amateur boxing. My fitness goals have completely changed since then, I am now looking to increase my weight up to 85kg over this next 1-2 years which I’ll keep you guys updated with 👀) The only reason I was ever this lean was because I wanted to compete again at an elite level in amateur boxing (didn’t happen but that’s okay 🥴😂). Unless you are an elite athlete or competing in something that requires you to be this lean (you need to question why you are doing this, but that’s something for another post) you shouldn’t in my opinion be chasing 5% body fat. I’ve often displayed my transformation before because I know it’s how you guys measure a fitness professionals’ ability to get you fat loss results. But honestly my main priority with the guys that I work with on The Evidence-based Fitness Program is happiness. I know physical health is such an important part of happiness which is why I am happy to help people lose a huge amount of weight to get into a healthy weight bracket. But this idea that fitness = abs is so wrong ❌ This idea is driven by social media algorithms, movies and magazines. For the guys on my program this is what fitness🟰 A healthy body weight that you feel confident at ✅ A fitness routine specific to you, where you are continuously seeing progress in your physical capabilities ✅ A structed healthy lifestyle ✅ A structured nutrition program that fuels health, weight loss and most importantly is flexible for you ✅ Education around fitness and health that allows you to continue to sustain your health goals and not just regain the weight you lost ✅ A new and improved mindset where you don’t let stress fuel bad health decisions ✅
