Hi. You should consider crown rather than onlay on premolar rct treated tooth at 2:36 time of video. Only require 0.4 -0.5 mm tooth reduction on B and L side in oder to fabricate zirconia crown.

What's the difference between this and ending a restoration on another restoration... something we were told to avoid?
This concept was for conventional restorations and we can get away when we do adhesive dentistry. I usually do hybrid composite onlay and bond that with heated composite. So all act as one piece.
