@ well thats great u lost 14 pounds in 25 days thats amazing..it could have been the chia seeds that stopping more weight loss.usually during my fast i dont consume nothing but water or hot tea with no sweetener..also u may have dropped a-lot of inches off ur body i realize that too when i fast i stop looking at the scale and measure my body also and i tend to lose alot of inches which is also a big win.. congrats on the weight loss keep it up 💪🏾

@@therealcryten np idk if you did the fast for weight loss but currently im doing the carnivore diet for a couple weeks i been hearing its an excellent diet and the weight drops off i been doing for almost 2 weeks and i lost 8 pounds look into it

@@creationmotivation yes I find myself drinking tea more and more, what also helps me is Minute Maid zero sugar lemonade. Also when I put zero sugar powdered flavoring in my water that my Chia seeds is soaking in, it makes it all so much better. Ignoring the food cravings are so challenging, after my fast I’m going to try the one day meal thing, but I definitely feel like having those filler liquids help fill your tummy so you don’t have much food cravings. My day did end on a good note. Thank you for your comment. I really do appreciate it. We got this. 🥹🥰
