The journey of FOCAC over the past 24 years exemplifies the strength and potential of collective effort and mutual cooperation. The 9th FOCAC, which was held from September 4 to 6 in Beijing, saw leaders of African countries meet and discuss policies and cooperation agreements with China. This year’s theme was Jointly Advancing Modernization and Building a High-Leve China-Africa Community with a Shared Future.
The dialogue provided a platform to evaluate the summit's outcome and how African governments approached it, assess the progress made in achieving the objectives set during the previous forums, set identify milestones for the Global South to move forward together toward modernization, and explore strategies for enhancing cooperation in the future.
This dialogue served as an important platform for examining FOCAC's achievements and advancing the vision of a China-Africa community with a shared future.
