This is for adult coloring and colorists. I am a recovering addict been clean for 11 yrs, I color for therapy and I love sharing with all my followers and subscribers. I appreciate each and everyone of you and even if I don't have tons of subscribers I love what I do and it's so much more then what it seems. I am a mom of 5 beautiful daughters and have a wonderful incredible husband who supports me so much. I try to encourage everyone to color and do my best to let people know that they are never alone in anything they are going through and you can do anything nothing is impossible. Sorry I missed it! I was outside all afternoon cleaning snow with my tractor. We have nearly a foot of snow over the last couple days. It's like 20 below, so I would've rather been inside hanging out with you! Lol 💕

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I started coloring cause my whole life turned upside down when I was diagnosed with Lupus and Crohns. It has helped me cope with a lot of the anxiety, the uncertainty and the depression. With all of my issues it has caused Valley Fever, migraines, focal seizures and arthritis. I do go through pain management to help manage my pain. I am so scared to know what it would be like to not be on the meds to help. Addiction runs in my family and when I had to have the insurance approve my patches, I started going through withdrawal. It’s scary that I am basically addicted to my meds just to make it through the day. Coloring saved my life.
Thank you so much for telling me, and there really is no shame in being dependant thank you so much for watching and I'm glad coloring has really helped it really does have a special ial way of helping us
