350 is out and started cleaning up under hood to prepare for the temporary 302. Once it’s driving again I will get started on rear suspension and fuel tank upgrades.

Pretty sure it's just a generic eBay cold air intake.
Whats done for turbo sounds?
It has a supercharger

but can the drivetrain handle it?
None of the drivetrain will be from the S10. Motor/trans/transfer case and front diff will be from the Denali and the rear axle is an 8.8 from Explorer.

What did you do for a computer? i’m doing a swap now and a 987.1 and I’m trying to figure out what to do with an ECU
I used the Chavis Performance swap harness/computer system.
Thanks. He’s awesome and has been a big help for me… but he doesn’t have anything for the cayman. I was hoping you have have used something that would be an option for me

@@shawnpoole9649 thanks for the quick reply! I'm doing an LS swap in my obs. And need to redo my exhaust. And some people are saying you have to cut the crossmember for equal length. 🙄 thanks for confirming
Well you can even do equal length on a 4x4 with a loop in Ds.. @karnage performance

What exhaust manifolds do you have? 2.5 or 3" pipe welded on? Looks like you got em flipped upside down.
They are stock truck manifolds flipped and 3" pipe welded on. They don't line up well at the ports so I have to run solid gaskets and slot the holes a little to shift the manifolds.

Too much power, the shafts flex and it eats the gears. This was my 3rd T45 that lasted less than 1k miles.

Please tell me how you did that without cutting out the shock towers?
The towers do have some material removed from the middle area, I just replated it with steel once I had enough room for the manifolds.
@@shawnpoole9649 Much appreciated, I have been going back and forth with using a K Member or full front clip, but looks like you accomplished it with the stock suspension in place.

What did you use for suspension and transmission cross member? Sounds good 👍🏼
All stock suspension on this car aside from 620 coil springs.
Trans crossmember I just built out of square tube and made mount points on the body frame rails.
What oil pan for the swap
I used a basic eBay aluminum front sump LS pan.

what turbos ?
They are knock off GT35's from eBay. They were $120ea so I bought 3 to have a spare for "when" one grenades.
