I am exactly the same as you!!! Same symptoms for years and years. Doctors tell me anxiety too. I have a hard time believing them. Symptoms can last for weeks go away and come back. I feel your frustration.

I’m in your same boat and very scared, are you feeling better now? I’m getting all these symptoms so it’s reassuring to know it could be anxiety related. Thank you so much for this video. I can’t thank you enough.

That's more than anxiety...they tell everyone it's anxiety when they can't find an answer...you can still have MS and pass the MRI scan especially in early years it can be many autoimmune causes

I had all those symptoms he stated if not more. Twitches started in my feet and then they showed up everywhere. Tingling, numbness, tension headache, eye floaters, dry eyes, tremors, dizziness etc. The first doc I met was convinced it was stress and anxiety. I wasn’t happy so I went to another doctor and he decided to get an MRI to rule out MS. I don’t have MS and 2-3 days after I got my MRI results I started to notice my symptoms disappear. Later I got into a stressful situation and the tension headache and twitches started again. Now I’m trying to convince myself I don’t have ALS. Health anxiety is scary and I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy.

Listening to you, is like hearing myself talk to the ER Dr!!! This is by far the best video I’ve seen, and I’ve seen millions of videos about MS and these symptoms. At one point I was convinced that I have ALS. I have Dr appointment on Friday, and I’m sure he is going to tell me that it’s anxiety. You said it best, these symptoms are real and feel real. Thanks for this video!!!

I believe you should have a vitamin test ...when your lacking in vitamins it can cause many if the symptoms your stating and docs do not normally check younger ppl for that ..mif lacking then look into why your not retaining them...calcium magnesium is all the symptoms your stating ...and the headaches and breathing can be liw iron ..but start them cal mahs and a multi 👍 try ten days see if symptoms improve ...calcium wont absorb without magnesium. .... Not ms...gate is massive part ...dizziness is also iron

I'm 48 and have had severe health anxiety for 40 years now. I've been a hypochondriac for that long as well. I have not gotten better. I've literally tried everything. I'm currently worried about MS and ALS. I've had leg weakness for 3 months and fatigue. I know I won't find relief until I see a neuro in February. My anxiety is through the roof and will be everyday until I get told I don't have either one. No twitches or numbness. But I'm just thinking that comes next.

Thankyou for making this video. I spent most of today googling symptoms convinced I also had MS. I've been to see several different GP 's over the years but none of them felt the need to refer me on . Because I still have symptoms, well one symptom which is weak legs, particularly when climbing stairs, I don't believe the doctors. Very frustrating.

I’m sittning here crtyinf because this is what I’m going through. I’m a hypochondriac and I am 15. I have muscle twitches, body pain, shortness of breath, hot flashes, tingling, burning, restless feeling in muscles. Sometimes my muscles feel weak. I am convinced I have ms. But u also know that I have severe anxiety and have been really stressed for a while and also I’m 15 and it’s pretty rare for someone my age to get ms. Think it’s about 5-10% of all cases.

I'm currently getting tested for MS. I also have health anxiety lmao. But mine is looking like I do have it. Just have 2 more tests to confirm. Some things though most people get is severe brain fog, numbness all over along with pain, vision and bladder issues along with a plethora of other things. I was so worried about mine. I actually haven't gotten a brain scan for mine yet. That's the one that will confirm it or not. There's no such thing as being to young for MS. Regardless though. I now have a positive outlook on mine. If I don't have it great. If I do then I'll do what I need to do and whatever happens happens, I'll deal with it then. Life goes on. I think I stopped worrying about it when I realized if I do have it, worrying about having it or wishing I didn't have it won't make it go away

Fuck, this is me man. I've had health anxiety on and off for a few years but recently its gone off a cliff. Probably due to me trying to buy a house in this crazy housing market. I've been to the ER two times in the past ~4 months, specifically due to mild pins/needles, burning, and stiffness in my left arm/leg, heart palpitations. I was going in thinking I was having a stroke or that there was something wrong with my heart. I had CT scans and everything came back fine. Of course, I'm here now because I think I have MS. Good old health anxiety.

Omg, you sound exactly like me. I went to docs and was said it's anxiety without any tests done and I'm on Google the entire day, thinking it's MS or Parkinson's. Pins and needles on head arms legs, numbness of leg, weird feeling of hand and finger hand twitching and unable to get a proper sleep has gotten over me plus me constantly being on Google to see what's happening. I'm 20, and I really really really do wish I don't have MS and I pray for my anxiety to stop convincing me it is.

Thank-you so much for this video! I was 110% certain I had it. I had feelings of warm or cold hair being blown on me, random warm spots on my body, face feeling numb, blurry vision, particularly in one eye, internal tremors, chest vibrations, headaches one sided mainly, short of breath (I also read about the MS hug and after that I was sure I started getting that symptom too) tingling spots, near my spine, in the palm of my hand, on my scalp, cramps, muscle twitching, dizziness, feeling weak but not actually being weak kinda thing. I watched this so many times in the lead up to ask for an MRI and waiting for my results. All clear thankfully ❤️ I also too had a CT scan of my brain 2 years ago. My anxiety certainly fuelled these symptoms. I was so bad googling, like you, did it all day even woke up during nights to continue googling for some reassurance but never got any. I also had blood inflammation markers taken which were in normal range I was so grateful! Of course symptoms went away after everything was clear but I still watch this when I am having a wave of anxiety and my head is taking over 😊❤️
