Because your car has no wires from camera to radio.

@misshuahualiu worked through that radio. It worked as of yesterday got in the truck this morning and didn't work. Took camera out of truck and replaced it with a known good one and same thing black screen when in reverse with little bit of color in left bottom of screen. Tryed a factory reset and will see what that does in the morning.

Hi friend, This radio don't need to learn. Just do As the paper with radio shows, insert the RX/TX cable and then set the correct car model As listed. Then restart radio, Steering wheel will be worked.

I have similar issues. I got the climate to work, but the temperature doesn't show up on screen and I can't get it into Fahrenheit. Also my steering wheel controls don't work. It won't let me relearn them in the settings either.
