Hi, great tutorial. But I couldn't install the package, I'm ussing Stata 13 it is a problem?
The equiplot command works with Stata 11 and newer versions. Just tested here and the installation went well. To install, you only need to type this in the Stata command line: net install equiplot, from("www.equidade.org/files")
