Road trip to Tuktoyaktuk! Beautiful British Columbia, Mile O on the Alaska Hwy, Dawson Creek
From Thunder Lake Provincial Park in Alberta, to the beginning of the Alaska Highway in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Continuing all the way to Pink Mountain RV and Campground Resort. The scenery just kept getting better and better every turn of the road!

Finally made it to Manitoba! Had to make last minute changes and decided to drive right through Manitoba and into Saskatchewan in order to stay on schedule. The straight flat highway allowed us to drive a little faster too 😜

Now we start seeing some hills and mountains! Weather got a bit colder, closer to 10c. but the scenery makes it all worth it! We had never been to Alberta so everything is new to us.

From Lake Superior P.P. to Aaron Provincial Park. What was supposed to be an eight hour drive, turned into a ten hour drive. I guess we under estimated how many stops we would have to make with a toddler and a 15 year old dog 🐶. At least now we know that we have to hit the road earlier tomorrow to stay on schedule to make it to the Arctic Ocean by the end of the week.

After a long time of planning and scheduling campsites we were able to begin our road trip from Brampton, Ontario to Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories! We decided to start the trip on September 7th, since it was when most parks had available sites and the weather was still nice.
