How to harvest broccoli raab, also known as broccoli rapini or broccoli rabe. In this video, I'll be harvesting broccoli raab from my Earthbox container garden. The broccoli raab vegetable is delicious, nutritious, and great to pick right from the garden. The stem is a bit tough, so I prefer to boil or blanch the broccoli rabe for a minute or two before sauteing it in minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
