I'm a common passenger of the ETS Train, in my opinion I don't really like the old ETS Train. This train is kinda undermaintained by KTMB which is very disappointing. But nevertheless we still have ETS services here in the West Coast which I'm very appreciated.

Great trip. The duration of toilet break is similar like in my country's long distance buses, especially if the distance is more than thousands kilometres. Sometimes during rest time you can wash yourself, buy some heavy meal and maybe smoking for smokers. Normally some intercity buses in my country set the rest time around 30 minutes for heavy meal break once. For LA Holiday's case, i think if the drivers informing before stopping at Parking Area, passengers will be tolerated. Also I think it will be great if the stopping area at bigger rest area like Yong Peng one.

While I agree with motorcycles boarding first, they should allow passengers to alight first n motorcycles last (reverse of boarding) as having those motorbikes departing in such echo chambers can be quite uncomfortable, plus the smoke

Why not try to introduce east Malaysia train rides? Maybe more fun? Like sabah trains and those long distance buses from Sarawak Brunei Indonesia and Sabah.

The red bus at 1:50 currently serves Route 732 (KLIA-Bangsar). I ride this bus after night shift work

Having some great fleet doesn't guarantee the great service for passenger, especially customer service.

Sir , i just want to suggest if it is possible for you to do a video on the trial run of Sawasdee train Butterworth -Hatyai Junction (Penang edition ) . Fare is RM45 per direction .The trial period is quite short from 29 Dec to just 5 Jan '25. Ex Penang at 7.40am and ex Hatyai 3pm local time. TQ.

I like the concept of Chillax lounge, where you can laying down on there or you can use it for praying.
