Why does the front grill glow red in some races?
You may have the wrong car(s). These 992 GT3 Cups do not have glowing red grills. Perhaps you are thinking of Rexy 992 GT3R?
@ I am thinking of Rexy! Thank you sorry, why is that? The radiator?
@@JamesCampbell-c7n For longer races that go into the night the teams find ways to make their cars recognizable - using lights on the roof, in the windows, or in the case of Rexy, in the grill. This looks like Rexy is breathing fire!

We have ABS in Porsche Carrera Cup North America.
Long shot but could I get the dimensions of the button box to the right of the dash. I’m working on a button box for my sim setup. Button size Brake bias dial size Position of brake bias dial Inner button faceplate dimensions Overall carbon box dimensions If not possible could I get a picture of the box straight on with a ruler beside it.

Do you guys see higher pad wear on the 992 GT3 Cup vs the 991 GT3 Cup? And do you ever have issues with fluid boil?
It is driver-dependent, but in general the 992 does go through brakes quicker than what we see on 991s. More aero, more tire. No issues with fluid boil thus far.
For anyone wondering, there are 2 buttons on the back of the wheel which are used for the blinkers, so the left back button is the left blinker and right back is right blinker.
Very true - Leh mentions them to start the video The driver can hold both simultaneously to engage flashers as well.

Incredible driving!! I just did a 2:02:031 driving a GT3 at Sebring... playing FORZA 😅. Trying to break that 2 minute mark. I searched Sebring Porsche GT3 to see how accurate the game was to real lap times and it’s rad to see comparable times. I’ll go back to my armchair now.

Did you guys leave cup racing?
We did at the end of 2022 - due to rising costs, series direction, and the loss of our engineer (RIP Greg), it was the right time. We do intend to return, but for the moment we can say we went out with a win with Laurin in Greg's final race, which will always be special for everyone on the team.

How much faster would the 992 GT3R and the 991.2 RSR-19 be?
The RSR-19 ran a 1:56.1 in it's last qualifying in 2021. The current 992 GT3R ran a 1:59.4 with Laurin Heinrich a few weeks back.

I drive Sebring monthly on track days. Wow. Insane to see a pro vs weekend warriors like me. I know the track well and that is some really late braking……..Especially into the hairpin. Also flat out the Bishop’s Bend takes courage. I know that’s the fastest and safest way to drive it but I always want to lift before turn in.

VIR is not on the PCCNA calendar, however we are looking to visit VIR via Ingram Experience so look for us in your area at some point in 2023.

Yea - we added a Driver Development program for 2022 in cooperation with GPX Lab and I moved out of the car into management. It was nice to see Dimitri have the opportunity to race in PCCNA for a full season.
Great videos but please fix your US Flag. Downward facing flags are meant to show distress and the stars are always facing forwards thus “running towards the fight.” As it shows now, you are running from your problems.
We requested the series to fix this on more than one occasion. We looked into making our own but time got the better of us.
