They make so much more sense as a couple than her and WiIl. It's like they picked some random guy of the streets and stuck her with him, in fact he could be some homeless junkie by the way he looks, talks and acts, so not even a regular guy for her. I wonder what they were thinking casting him as her love interest to begin with, it's just the strangest choice to me. The chemistry between JJ and Reid is palpable, you can tell the actors really like each other off screen.

There so many plutonic relationships in TV even most of them should be full relationships, this one is an exception keep them plutonic

If reid ever returns, and something happens to will(god forbid) id love to see a plotline where reid helps JJ with the kids as god father and then after time (like atleast a season or 2) they start to explore there romance again but take it really sowly. It would have to be JJ making the move or it would feel like ried was waiting around for her and thats just a bit odd.

I thin JJ and Reid were just close. I think Reid had a protective feeling towards him because he was like a sweet lost little guy that makes you want to love him.

I'm only on Season 6 (nearing the end, almost on Season 7) and I KNOW that a lot of people have issues with how they handled JJ and Reid's friendship and dynamic in the later seasons, but I just can't help loving them together and wanting them to be a couple. I know that JJ is with Will and I like them together to a certain extent, but I just wish that JJ and Reid would've ended up being endgame. Although tbh I do also really love how gut-wrenching it is that they both liked each other but neither of them ever made the first move and now they both live different lives and they wasted their chance - I think that it adds a layer to their friendship and makes them more complex; friends sometimes get feelings for each other and sometimes it just doesn't work out the way that people hope.
