Ocd killing me , I won't be able to perform salah , don't do anything, whole day spend on bed , taking shower more than 6 hour , after washroom waah hands more than 2 hour

I believe you don’t have to tell how your extreme your ocd was because the person watching the video is already suffering from it and by sharing the experience you maybe making the person think about it too just say it was really extreme thats it!!!

My daughter suffers from ocd. She has put in a lot of effort and to a large extent manages anxiety well while not doing the compulsions. However it’s still hard as most of the times after praying she believes that she hasn’t prayed at all. Although not only she prays but also does not miss rakas. The false memories of not praying or doing something sinful really cause her anxiety as she believes the memories

Brother its always nice to see islamic centres in non islamic states. I have a few questions in islamic centre you can only pray or you can give teaching to new generations of Muslims (Madrissa Model)? And you didn't tell us about the Imaam where he come from for prayers?

Why is shirk OCD more difficult to treat?

May God bless you for this. I have struggled with almost every OCD theme since I was a kid but my biggest and most difficult one is contamination OCD which is so hard to explain to non-Muslim therapists when I’m obsessed about what is najis vs paak/pure. I just started the course and found an ERP therapist and inshallah my path to recovery will come a bit easy 🙏
