We will look at all things science. These must be documented and repeatable. We will try and learn about things in a repeatable way. Have fun learning.
Avoiding weather to land TLH
Flew into inclement weather as we approached TLH. Took some turns to avoid storms which can be seen in the distance. Came in from the north and east to land on runway 27.

The acetyl-serine structure needs to be corrected.
Cheer~~~a fleshy fruit with thin skin and a central stone containing the seed, a plum, cherry, almond, or olive.😊
Where's the full video to watch
If you’re talking about all the jump cuts, my Sea Cadet instructor was talking or my father began to speak to me to talk louder or something else and that wasn’t necessary for the video. We will post the video of me making a shirt floaty when we finish editing it.
@juliassciencelab155 no jump cuts I just want to see the whole video
When are you uploading the video on TH-cam

تحية طيبة من الجامعه الوطنية 🎉
Important stuff. I'm eating more foods High in Shikimic acid these days. Star Anise, Olive oil, and a pine tree tincture, like the tea the Iroquois made for Jacques cartier and his crew in 1536 when they arrived suffering from extreme nutritional depravity. Thanks for the video to increase my knowledge. Big words...holy moly. shows the complexity of the molecular structural mechanics of the pathway. Fascinating stuff.
nice explain using picture 😍
Great video

Hey ,,, he’s got a lot of common sense alright!!!😂
What a great job by that police officer! Trapping those abandoned domestic rabbits.
Thank you for the informative video. How long can the spore suspension be viable for inoculation? and is simple refrigeration enough to store it for later use?
That is not a simple question. Remember the spores are living and placing them in water will most likely begin the germination process. Spores may germinate within an hour or two, which means that the suspension should be used as quickly as possible after preparation. Chilling may slow the process. If you tried to use it the next day, you should observe it with a microscope to make sure that the spores have not started to germinate.
Great and informative video! Thanks for the effort!
where have you been the last 10 years??
These parking garages are all over Las Vegas NV. USA 😅

What was the percentage of bleach you used? and can you share the article of this protocol? And do you think it will work on wheat too?
this should work on any leaf. I have done it with many grasses. We start out with regular bleach (3.5%) and use 1 part bleach to 2 parts sterile water. This makes the beach about 1.2%. "Naturally occurring spotted leaves and sheaths were collected and isolated from by surface disinfesting in sodium hypochlorite (13% aqueous) and 70% ethanol for I min each. Tissues were then placed on potato-dextrose agar" Plant Pathology (1988) 37:447-449
I’m so intrigued by this ! Awesomeness
I’ll say for the bayberry’s is that you can consume almost all of the plant. The leaves where used or teas and tinctures and the berrys could be dried and ground up into a powder and used as a spice
Great video, thank you!
Thanks. This is the clearest.
Thank you so much 😢

Before applying the fungal suspension, should we need to cause injuries to the plant leaves?
With leaf spotting fungi, there is normally no need to cause injury to the leaves as the fungus has the ability to penetrate actively. The either penetrate by producing small pegs that get through the cuticle or they will use natural openings such as stomata and hydathodes.
thanks so much for this video, i had a really hard time finding photos / micrographs of the swellings produced from sexual reproduction in fungi & not just drawn diagrams at first, and this helped a ton :)
Very understanding sir
