If hair is combed more often, there’s no need for so much detangling. I wish people would realize this. If you have a protective style up , moisturize roots and chaff. Less hair loss. 🎉❤

Yep. The first thing I thought when I tried the AP Prepoo was how much it reminds me of my homemade Flaxseed gel that I’ve been making for years. Their prepoo is great but I hate how it flakes. I love that I can leave the flax in my hair.

Just came across your video. I use to co wash because I teach fitness classes a lot. My hair was thriving. Due to some health issues I stopped teaching group fitness and focused on personal Training only. I stopped co washing started shampooing more frequently and my hair got dry and brittle regardless of moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and deep conditioning. I decided to start back co washing after 3 days. The struggle is real finding reasonable conditioner silicone free or with water soluble silicone. Please if you have a list of conditioner that is silicone free I would greatly appreciate it
