I remember when I was an apprentice. The toilet in the 2nd engineer's room was often broken.
It is not acceptable!!! He should know how to take care of the toilet system. Just kidding. 🤣 If it is due to flap or membrane being the fault then it is okay, but if it is due to clogging because of being irresponsible then it is an issue. 😅
