I'm not gonna comment on their aiming. But when infantry has to tell a Sargent to "quit that shit" and he is panicked like that, it's bad leadership. You can hear them telling their Sargent to slow down and calm down the whole fire fight. Call me a key board warrior all you want but I call it like I see it. They were leading their Sargent, and he had no clue how to lead men into battle. When the bullets went cracking from effective, he panicked. I would hate to be in a place where my leader failed me in a fire fight.
