What about bifidobacteria bifidum sd-5857? Does it matter the subspecies in this bacterial species? I've had serious cognitive issues for 20 years, with no noticeable digestive issues, and this bacteria has cleared all of my symptoms. Nothing else helped. I'm just looking for an explanation.

In your gut, it does not come from probiotics. You need to feed it cruciferous vegetables like brocalli, cabbage, and bok choi to increase it.
