Great podcast - disagree with an ending comment about listening to the vomit ... when all the first dates and first meets were where I was being the bucket for the guys to vomit, as a HSP, this was just way too much negativity and I can't be the free therapist / listener / absorber / bucket or rebound gal 100% of the time ... once in a while, ok, but every single one, no, I'm out. I'll stay out until I fix my own self (could be forever) ... but folks can be slick online, convos, texts, and even on the phone and then they are totally different when you meet. Guys dumping (vomit / talking poorly about exes, etc.) on me sent me into a depression which I still can not break free. My goals are that I will not be a first meet bucket, that I will see through their priming behaviors and block / ignore gaslighting as well before a meet. I can't fix my late diag of Autism, I am working on the complex ptsd and ADD. I have too many insecurities that I do not know how to fix and I do not want to burden someone else with all of that. But, i do wish everyone else well and please save the bucket conversations for your besties, therapists, and your significant other (in small doses). ☮️💟
